Bulbasaur's so happy it's springtime!!! So he decided to take a stroll in my garden. Fair enough! :D
This is Bulbasaur papercraft V2, a new version of one of our oldest models! Now, if only we could have a remastered squirtle... (hint hint! Bran, please? :D)

When you make models out of the lineless pattern, how do you know where to fold?
Obviously, you'd do most of it smooth (and it's so cute on Bulbsaur ^^) but what about when you have to fold?

I use the pdo as reference. I keep the file opened onscreen and I look at it if I'm in doubt. But as you correctly pointed out, I seldom fold anything. I noticed that you only need to fold the valley folds, and the spikes, teeth, etc (parts with sharp angles, to put it simple). For the rest, you can pretty much avoid folding anything! You'll understand better what to fold and what not as you get experienced with papercrafting! :D
