And finally: the model built!
I love this model so~ much!
I so wanted a Toon Link papercraft, and now I have it! Yay!!! As I said in the sneak peek here:

This is the first rather articulated 3D model I made. I had to restrain myself to trash this project several times, because I kept finding troublesome things to do/fix. Oh, not to mention that I made all the textures MYSELF. That killed me. Then UVmapping them on the actual model. That killed me again. Lol.
But now it's built!!! Yatta! It's a rather simple build, nothing really difficult.

Tip for new papercrafters: Use heavier paper than common printer paper, or it'll crush! (I suggest you to use 120-160gsm paper; normal printer paper is 80gsm)
You need pepakura viewer www.tamasoft.co.jp/pepakura-en… to open the .pdo, and adobe reader to open the .pdf . To open the .rar file, you need winrar to decompress the file. It's much better than winzip, IMO. All these programs are free!
